365 DAYS OF HAPPINESS - THE PROGRAM

What you need:

  • Journal or notebook

  • Pen or writing tool of your choice

How it works:

  • Start with week 1, and keep going to week 2 and so on and so forth—clicking the complete button after every week you have completed. There are always two lessons in every week; the weekly coaching (Lesson 1) and the daily focus (Lesson 2).

What to do with the weekly coaching:

  • Study, learn, and shift to well-feeling with the weekly coaching (video, written text, podcast, meditation, worksheets)

  • Journal about your personal thoughts and breakthroughs

What to do with the daily focus:

  • Read the new daily focus at the start of every new day—journal, meditate, practice, and focus on it throughout the day

Results: Even though every person is different, fact is you are a powerful being with a deep wish to feel happy and healthy, wanting to enjoy life at a more fulfilling level—meaning that you will feel changed and will look at yourself and life in better ways immediately. I believe in you!

Tip: Feel free to complete more - or less - than one lesson set per week, but give yourself enough time to really enjoy every single bit of this course to contemplate and journal about your personal breakthroughs every day; while also implementing them with the intent to squeeze the most out of studying yourself into your happily ever after.
