Choose the HIGH-WAY! And go happy memory searching today! Remember one or many times when you were “over the moon” happy. Relive and re-watch that or these moments like a movie, re-feel the “over the moon” happiness you felt back then. Doing this all the time creates that high emotional state you felt back then again, over and over. That high emotional state is pure happiness, health, success, abundance and all the goodness you want to feel. Fill yourself with it, imagine this high emotional state filling every inch of your body, starting at the toes, filling you upward and then overflowing out through your crown. If you are in a high emotional state, your world becomes high emotional, because not only do you now see the world as high emotional but you also pull the world up into the high emotional state with you. For example, if you are in a high emotional state, you will see your family in a high emotional state and you also pull them up into the high emotional state with you. Nothing can stay in a low emotional state if you are in a high emotional state and look at everyone and everything as they/it is in a high emotional state. As an example, you are frustrated with a close one, find a happy memory of pure happiness you experienced with them, then relive and re-feel it again and again. That puts you in a high emotional state for you and with them, and through that state you can now clearly deal with what is going on. It will be very different than before. Bring all those great memories and feelings back to life… They are yours and meant to feel. Use them to guide you what pure “over the moon” happiness is and feels like for you, and then move forward with creating more new ones just like them! That is powerful happiness living!

Happiness is “Don’t be afraid to live because you are afraid to die”. You are a spiritual being, having a physical experience and that physical experience is gonna change at some point so you can transition to pure consciousness. It is not the end… It is a transition and a beginning of new. Fear of dying means fear of transitioning to pure consciousness and the beginning of new. Put that way fear of dying is without reason and it holds you back from living your amazing physical experience and all that is meant for you. Which brings me back to what I wrote at the start of today’s happiness practice… “Don’t be afraid to live because you are afraid to die, in better words, afraid to transition to pure consciousness and the beginning of new. Without the fear to die, the fear to live will disappear immediately. And without those two kinds of fear you will go for it, go to places, go for experiences and life fully, colorful and as a whole. “Happiness is to live without fear!”
There is great love and happiness created by asking someone you love to do something very special for you. Like giving you a massage, a foot rub, preparing a bath, tea or food for you, reading a story to you, play piano for you, anything really that feeds your soul and is for you. It is clear that most of this you can do yourself, and sometimes asking someone to do something like that for you can be difficult. But if you move beyond that and ask someone, I promise you that it will create a deep “good feeling” happiness and love in you and for you. And because you co-created that feeling with another person it is infinitely potent. And not only will you fill yourself up with this potent feeling, the other person fills up with it too, and everything and everyone around you fills up with it as well. And that lifts you and all into a “high for life” frequency where everything is possible and beautiful. Try it! Ask…

Don’t take everything so serious! Think if your reaction to everything that worries you, your answer is treating it as a joke and laugh. If your reaction to everyone that makes you angry, your answer is a hug to them, and to strangers a smile. If your reaction to everything that makes you sad, your reaction is a dance. If to everyone that frustrates you, your answer is kindness. Changing your reaction in that way makes nothing seem so serious anymore. And if it looses its seriousness it becomes light, playful and full of opportunities for change and happiness. Don’t take everything so serious!
“Your happiness garden”, what does it look and feel like? Take a moment and ask yourself that. What belongs into my happiness garden? Instead of a garden it can also be a space, a frequency, a vibration, a home, whatever feels right for you. Imagine filling your happiness garden with people, animals, things and situations that fit and enrich your happiness feeling in there. Don’t hold back, imagine big and fill it with all that brings out your happiness. Visualize it, feel it, think it, say it and write it down or draw it. And then keep going in your day, knowing that you stand in the middle of your happiness garden and take every step, think every thought, say every word and act on everything from that middle of your happiness garden. Stop throughout the day and feel yourself back into your happiness garden many times, pull yourself back into it and then keep going. Keep your happiness garden clean, throw out the non fitting and keep bringing in the new and fitting. If it represents happiness for you it belongs into your happiness garden. Breathe this in!
Again, playful comes into focus today! Become aware of all the “play and playfulness” in and around you. See it and feel it! Watch children play, pets play, animals play, focus on playful colors, playful food, playful words that people speak. Dress in playful clothes today, eat playful food, drink playful drinks, listen to playful music, use playful words, play with your family/friends and play games today. Feel your body and play with it, wiggle your toes and fingers, shake your hips, knees, arms, move in playful ways. Now feel into your body, feel into the playfulness of your cells, your organs, your mind, your playful flowing blood. Feel the playfulness inside your body, the playfulness of your body and the playfulness outside and around you. Say “I am playful. My life is playful. I live in a playful world.” Doing so puts your focus on play and playfulness and creates the feeling of playfulness for you, and that feeling fills every single cell of you. Feeling and living playful is happiness!
“Self love” is in the air today! Self love means you take exceptional care of yourself with food, exercise, plenty of water and good sleep. Self love also means that you clean your energy in and around you often and keep it clean, clear, pure and happy. How do you do that? With taking little check-in brakes all day long asking “What do I need right now to feel good or better?” Sometimes it’s a sacred cup of tea, a meditation, a nap, a walk, a laugh, time alone, a bath, a hug… Sometimes it means to remove yourself from toxic energies of a situation/people. Sometimes it means to consciously letting go of what you can’t change… Do whatever it takes and really feel how your action to your check-in break makes you feel better. Self love is knowing that you deserve to feel good and better, and making “feeling good” your number 1 priority. Self love is acknowledging how powerful, beautiful and abundant you are, and to look at all that you have experienced/accomplished so far, and really celebrate yourself for all that WAS, IS and yet to COME. All created by your infinite you. Self-love is happiness ❤
“I am alive!” This is your happiness mantra for today. Close your eyes and breathe in with awareness when you say it and think it. An absolute feeling of love, gratefulness and deep power unleashes in you when you take a minute in quiet to say/think and feel this. “I am alive!” activates different experiences and feelings, on one hand it brings on a deep appreciation that you woke up today, that you are breathing right now and that you may live today as a gift. Wow! And on the other hand it brings on a feeling of being free, adventurous, limitless and infinite powerful. “I am alive!” means you can go out there today and live with power and create whatever you wish, because you are vibrantly alive and fully living. It means that you can taste the food as alive, feel the water you drinking as alive, do your job as alive, look at your loved ones as alive, breathe in and out as alive… “I am alive!” means you take life by the fullest and fly as high as you can with every cell of your amazing physical being! “I am alive!” Feel this!
Feel the sweetness is you! When you look at baby, toddler or baby animal you go “Awww, that is so precious!” It is a feeling of sweetness, love and perfectness. Life and nature shows us in this way how beautiful and perfect all is. Same if you think about honey or maple syrup, both are sweetness, love and perfectness. Again, life and nature shows us in this way how beautiful and perfect all is. Become aware of everything around you that activates/creates your feeling of sweetness, love and perfectness in you. Focus on these sweetness activators all the time and pull yourself into your sweetness all day long. If these sweetness activators are not present, visualize them or look at a picture of them and feel them that way. Same result. Doing this often, activates and creates your sweetness, love and perfectness in you and fills every single cell of your body with these healing and happy vibes.
