March 18, 2017 “No more! This is my shift to happiness!” These are powerful words, and they are a powerful commitment to shift your focus onto what makes you feel good. You are still well aware of all that does not make you feel good, which makes it a gift in itself, but you choose not to focus and engage in the not feeling good. Your focus shifts to what makes you feel good, and that opens up space for pure happiness. So, become aware of how you feel throughout the day, and if you catch yourself not feeling good, say or think “No more! This is my shift to happiness!” Breathe and feel the beginning of your shift to feeling good and happiness. Now focus on what makes you feel good right at that moment, in that situation. Breathe and feel the completion of your shift to feeling good and happiness. Stay and feel this for a bit and if you want add on more feeling good visualization and thoughts. Don’t hold back, pile them on… Practice this, and feeling good and happiness will become your automatic focus in your beautiful life.
